We love to blend. It’s one of the true joys of being a roaster, and always full of surprises. A little nutty here. A hint of spice there. We never really know what we’ll get when we begin blending beans from different growing regions like Africa, Indonesia, Central and South America. But when we hit the right notes, it’s magic.
